DCM Shriram Industries announced an agreement with Zyrone Dynamics, a Turkish UAV and drone manufacturer, in August 2021.

DCM Shriram Industries purchased 30% of the firm's shares for US$1 million under this agreement, giving it a total valuation of US$3.5 million.

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.
